Thermoformed Natural Fiber Composites

An article in Daily Nonapreil reports that Creative Composites, located in eastern Iowa, is developing processes for making thermoplastic composites reinforced with agricultural fibers. CI produces works with several different types of fibers. The specific applications are covered by nondisclosure agreements, but the company mentions office supplies and automotive components as some of the end uses.
