Centre of Excellence in Ilkeston, UK

SOUTH East Derbyshire College has won interim Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) status from Derbyshire Learning and Skills Council to develop special training courses for the growing advanced composites industry. The CoVE award will enable the Ilkeston based college to forge ahead with plans to develop a purpose built Advanced Composites Technology Centre, due to be operational by Easter 2004.
