Changes in Tall Building Construction Methods

The way tall buildings are constructed changed forever after the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Construction professionals are looking at a number of new methods, including the use of polymer matrix composites (reinforced with Kevlar, glass or carbon) with fire-resistant coatings, and ceramic matrix composites reinforced with carbon.
