Boeing Pierce County Plant to Build 7E7 Vertical Tail

Boeing has announced that it will build the vertical tail for its planned 7E7 airliner at its Pierce County plant in Frederickson, Washington, U.S.A. The Toray Composites America plant, located next to the Boeing plant, would be able to double its workforce and build a $30 million expansion if Boeing selects its materials for the tail.
