7E7 Sales Uncertain

After dropping the Sonic Cruiser and 747X, Boeing had no choice but to proceed with the 7E7. Sales forecasts depend not just upon continued growth in global air traffic, but also on the airlines accomodating that traffic through increased numbers or medium-sized planes. Asia is likely to account for most early sales of the 7E7; Boeing does not excpect to have a U.S. launch customer.
