Senior Design Engineer Wanted

A company based in California is looking for a mechanical engineer with experience in composite cylinders technology who can work between design and production.
Type of Company/Products: Fuel tanks for medical/aerospace/aircraft.
Requirements: BS Engineering - BSME is most applicable but mainly want someone who will do structural analysis of metal and composite materials, design pressure vessels and cylinder products for medical, aerospace or aircraft applications. Familiar with FDA, FEA, Cosmos, Excel and MathCAD.
Job Duties: Responsible for new designs as well as modifications to existing products per customer requests. Interface with customers as well as be out on plant floor troubleshooting production. Truly involved with staying ahead of competition and maintaining competitive edge in state of art technology.
Comments: The client is a global producer of lightweight, filament-reinforced composite cylinders, pressure vessels and structures. One of the principal contributors to NASA for the U.S. space program and today is a primary supplier to the aerospace, home oxygen therapy, CNG and hydrogen fueled vehicle, and SCBA (self contained breathing apparatus) markets. Pioneered the development of lightweight composite fuel tanks for natural gas and hydrogen powered vehicles. Well funded and profitable so is able to fund new technology.
