Intertech Carbon Fiber Conference 2003
PORTLAND, Maine, August 22, 2003 - Intertech has announced that the agenda is set for sixth international business development conference titled, "The Global Outlook for Carbon Fiber 2003," will be held at the Westin Horton Plaza Hotel - San Diego, California on November 5-7, 2003. Co-Chairs for this years conference are Dee James (D.J.) DeLong, DeLong and Associates, LLC and Jens Hinrichsen, Leader-Component Management & Integration Team, A380 Vertical Tailplane, EADS Airbus.
This meeting will provide an objective, comprehensive forum to discuss new developments for carbon fibers in emerging markets, including wind energy and oilfield composites, as well as in traditional markets, such as aerospace and sporting goods. Discussions will focus on methods to streamline manufacturing costs in both industrial and aerospace applications and on markets with significant near term growth potential. Attendees will receive a complete briefing on market trends by region and sector, new technologies, emerging applications and challenges that lie ahead from companies including: EADS Airbus, FiberCote Industries, Hall Spars, Inc., KaZak Composites, Inc., Muñoz Investment Banking LLC, Phoenixx TPC, Quantum Composites, Inc., Tenax Fibers GmbH & Co KG, The Boeing Company, Spencer Composites Corporaton, and Toray Industries, Inc.
In addition, two optional pre-conference seminars will be held on November 5.
