RT Definition: RT stands for room temperature.
Room temperature is actually a range of temperatures from 15 to 25 deg;C corresponding to temperatures comfortable to people. 300 K is a generally accepted value for room temperature to simplify calculations.
The abbreviations RT, rt, or r.t. are commonly used in chemical equations to denote the reaction can be run at room temperature.

Because room temperature does not have a fixed value, it's better to record the temperature at the time data is taken.
